About the position
As an IT Project Manager at Vitrolife, you will lead and oversee projects focused on integrating data systems and implementing cloud-based solutions. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, establish timelines, and ensure successful delivery. You will be responsible for managing resources, mitigating risks, and communication to stakeholders. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for driving project success.
Main responsibilities
- Take responsibility to ensure project progress according to agreed deadlines, cost and quality.
- Facilitate and nurture strong team culture ensuring commitment, energy and value creation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on prioritization of changes.
- Coordinate documenting progress, learnings and actions.
About you
- 2+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Proficient in Agile development (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage expectations and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with data integration methods and tools, especially for connecting disparate systems. Knowledge of Azure services and cloud architecture is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for clear updates and documentation.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
- Academic degree within IT, Economics & Business Administration, Computer Science or similar.
- Fluent in English (oral and written). Proficient in Danish (primarily oral).
